USA Triathon Changes Rules for 2004
For
this coming season USA Triathon has mandated that all athletes must pick up
their own packet prior to racing. Packets may not be picked up by anyone
other than the competing athletes.
Newbie....or not?
I don't know if I am still considered a newbie anymore. I'm going
on two years now and getting better. I'm definitely not a newcomer to the triathlon scene. Thanks to my buddy, Joe, my triathlete role model, I have
discovered a new method of self torture beyond marathons. Triathlons do have quite a bit to offer, especially to the
running enthusiast. The cross training advantages from doing triathlons
keeps you in good running form.
